Genuine question to the board: Are we certain that the database was locked on October 5th or perhaps the 2nd or could it have been locked earlier than that? How do we know the answer to this?

Until proven otherwise, I will assume that it was locked on August 21, 2020, the 5 year anniversary of the day we were confirmed that the trial was not halted, it was ongoing. The argument for that date is as good as any in my mind. That is about 3 weeks before September 12, 2020 and plenty of time to do an analysis. This assumption may be wrong, but I am curious about the argument proving this to be a false assumption. It is genuinely my assumption, but it is an assumption and may be false.
