I also believe we will get a 10Q on time, but there will be no conference call. If you haven’t understood what I am saying, it is that I believe we are getting results at SNO. And I am demanding answers if not.

Let me add another wrinkle to my little argument…Biosect does not believe Claims of efficacy and safety were made at Mt. Sinai. Since LL made those statements on live, broadcast with open registration to any and all and she IS an agent of the company, I believe he is wrong. It is not reasonable to believe LL was blind to the results at the time given the PR statements around timing on Oct 5, 2020 and about expected time to analyze data.

But if he is right, in May 2019 at the ASCO commercial booth, not the scientific session, Dr. Bosch very clearly made claims of both Safety and Efficacy when he said what he said and coupled that with 5 patient stories…thank you very much. It does not matter if he was blind to the data, it was not an investor or scientific forum. He did not have safe harbor.
