If they are not ready, I contend the reason is material and long over due sharing with their minority shareholders. I believe the others already know the reason in that case, and yet warrants were extended.

Time is up. Release the Kracken!

Need I restate the case that they either have told us when they will be releasing the data OR they advertised a lie that they have not corrected OR they are incompetent OR there is a problem with the data or regulators related to the data which is material
