It can be multiple things. My guess this is more day/swing traders then institutional investors unless good news has leaked and some whales are loading up for the run back up. When scanners start going off its like blood in the water as traders will start taking positions and when they’re larger positions it will most definitely attract investors as well. Traders like myself are here for the short term unless some good news is disseminated then Ill be holding on.
