Well I decided to write to Dimitri Savov, kept it professional and just asked if he , Harry Z and Diana since they have known each other for years, could not just sit down and come to an agreement on their own.
I Post this as FYI ONLY, and responded very nicely thank you for your response. To me , this is from someone that knows just a little "to much" about the OTC with terms like "Pump and Dump", "Caveat Emptor" (spelled caviar in the response LOL) , plus the grammar has that "US Person" typing it , perhaps for Dimitri. Who knows maybe Dimitri was watching late night TV in Bulguria and picked up a US Station of Attorney in the US with "1-800-Hurt my feelings" and hired him . The LAST LINE SAYS IT ALL, looking for a payoff "mutally beneficial solutions" or someone is.

I would ask that all just read and be professional here, if not I will not post any more responses that I get from any inquiry. I find this very interesting as I had really projected that Harry and Diana would settle this out of their trust as it has nothing to do with the new and improved ENZC. I am sure it does not make Charles and team happy to have this smoldering out there, whether or not it can go anywhere , it does not appear so Legally in the US , not sure about EU. One would think that HARRY Z , as part of the new and improved ENZC , should take care of his dealings or make a statement to the issue.

To my surprise (this is the 'official FB site news side of IMMB) "HE" or someone did write back . It is obvious
a. "HE" has a price tag of around 2 million
b. "HE" is upset and feels betrayed as "HE" has completed trails of ITV=1 on his own in Sofia , Bulgaria . No one even knows really who this is , background , or other pertinent info on Dimitri.
c. "HE" indicates no one has approached him , Harry or otherwise
d. "HE" looks to seek for "Mutually beneficial solutions"
e. "HE" does not mention anything legal, just that "HE" is a businessman.
