Other than not realizing they'd already applied for trademark, what I posted originally wasn't false or misleading. I won't fight with you here; the newest post stands on its own with proper DD and links.

What GF sent was POA SHOWING it’s going through the application process. (you)

What GF actually did was make three tweets:

Tweet 1 - compare EnzoImmune Active to Tamiflu and put out a huge dollar figure to tickle people's greed.
Tweet 2 - claim that "Rosetta is not distributing in the US because they are waiting for their Trademark ™ registration and it should take 1-2 MONTHS. This will allow to sell in the US as a dietary supplement very soon" This timeline is directly contradicted by the USTPO stuff I just linked.
Tweet 3 - share a power of attorney document dated October 24, 2021 and call it a "trademark application"

It's great that ENZC is taking the steps to register EnzoImmune Active as a trademark. GF's tweets look ill informed at best or like pumping at worst, unless I am missing something. I welcome you to share any DD of your own that adds to this analysis!
