Patents for ideas that do not work are not very valuable. Still sitting out there is the need for a very small photovoltaic cell to charge a very small battery capable of powering these turtles to 100mW and sustain this transceiver operation for an extra 24-48 hours if the weather is overcast.

After that is worked out, then come up with a solution for the horizontal oriented antenna in a vertically polarized digital world. There is a 25 dB mismatch loss in which I just described.

The photocell/battery I just described has yet to be created by man on this planet.

Let that soak in for awhile.
