Must have been more or less useless if you did not keep a copy for your files in case THE BCSC reneged on their payment to you for the info. How have the BCSC used your info to date?

Records show their primary source of info to hang Johnson and MSX was in the cases lost by Lopehandia and Torres and of course lest we forget the testimony of one Felipe Ossa and Claro and Comp.
We will see what comes out of the court process on the 11TH.

I guess Barrick just sat idly by watching these goings on over the past 20 years without any contacts with the Canadian securities firms.
