I was surprised that Singer hardly mentioned the rule 60 fraud/mistake in his appeal...I hope Marjac is afforded the opportunity to emphasize this aspect of the case at an oral hearing.

IMO if there was a fraud/mistake like this in a criminal case, resulting in conviction, the conviction would be overturned and the alleged offender released from jail.
