3 months? How is that possible? The Venvalo Group press release again was dated September 10th correct? Isn't today November 6th? How is that calculated to be 3 months?

I think there is a lot more to this story that you are knowledgeable of but don't really want to be revealed. Let me help everyone's memory here.

Let me start with the TSOI press release dated February 22, 2021 that announced that Dr. Thomas Ichim joined the advisory board for TSOI.

Next, it is true the Dr. Boris Reznik has also this year joined the TSOI advisory board.

Next, it is true that both of these men specifically work for the Venvalo Group and the Venvalo Group was hired by TSOI on September 10, 2021 to "Oversee Jadicell Covid-19 Phase III Clinical Trial and Emergency Use Application (EUA) Process"...

So now we ask ourselves how are these to men being compensated for being on the TSOI advisory board? Without any doubt, I believe they were paid in TSOI stock!

In conclusion, does it make sense for these two men to get this Phase 3 and EUA happening ASAP to reap the financial benefits of probably being rewarded millions of shares of TSOI stock?

Tell me how Ichim and Reznik, who again work for the Venvalo Group, are not making the Phase 3 and EUA a major priority if it will fill their pockets with enormous amounts of money?
