Lol, ummm, a stock split absolutely does not dilute original investors, what the crap are you talking about?? Original investors own the same piece of the pie as they would prior to a split...

If a company has an AS of 100 shares (to keep it simple) @ $5 PPS ($500 market cap) and I own 5 shares... I own 5% of the pie worth $25.

If the company then does a 5 for 1 split, the Authorized Shares now becomes 500 with PPS $1 (market cap Still $500) and I now own 25 shares... Still 5% of the pie and Still worth $25
