This is not a yes or no question. When the reverse split of 12:1 was made, it was done with shares of our stock. If there should be a forward split, it also will be done with shares of stock, thus the need to own Coop to fully get our money back. Also dividends were mentioned as possible in the future. Again, you would need to own shares of Coop in order to collect dividends. Anything being paid on the escrow balances will still be paid. Escrow "shares" were not tradable. All will be paid the balances due to them on escrow. It is the forward split of Coop and declared dividends that one could miss out on if they have sold all of their Coop shares.
