Sellers at the highs were hoping for 8Billion AS(700% increase)to be communicated..they only got 1.25Billion(25%increase)and OS is still under Billion which is 700% lower than sellers were hoping for at the highs, they figured they’d be able to swallow up billions more but only lost shares to me they’ll never get back under BILLION marketcap…they’re living and learning though…

Marketcap, why it’s the focus, cuz it reflects the value of the company based on shareprice and OS. So Billion$$ marketcap with less than Billion OS means $1+ per share which is what we’re all looking for in order to get the favorable r/s if its necessary…

But what if retail groups have the majority shares required to be able to keep price low to force unfavorable r/s? Simple, does it really matter after all? Not really, just get TPTW to the NASDAQ whatever it takes cuz marketcap matters and NASDAQ will reflect fair value marketcap following credible analysts the likes of which TPTW has no access to…imaging Wall Street noticing a $20Million marketcap company with multi-year multiBILLION$$ deals…

At this point, anyone holding pre/split will see same shareholder value after split as they would have presplit had OTC offered fair value marketcap.

So no, r/s, no matter how big or small would make no difference in the end after NASDAQ uplist fair value marketcap.
