So, INO 4800 has NOT failed Phase 2 trials by the FDA as you proclaim. It is YOUR interpretation that they failed. Everyone is entitled to interpretation as long as they are not presented as facts. INO 4800 is progressing nicely in Phase 3 trials at multiple locations not encumbered but a corrupt FDA.
