INO Let's not partake of silly talk. The time for Inovio to have progressed to Phase Three has LONG since past. There can be no interpretation other than Inovio 4800 failed Phase Two.
And it was LONG ago that Inovio was to make known the questions the FDA sent Inovio and Inovio's responses to those questions. Inovio has FAILED to inform shareholders, as promised.
Whether it was the genetic composite or the electrocution devise or both that was the stumbling block, it matters not. Inovio's trial material can only be administered with the electric zapper so they are inseparable. If one component fails, it all fails.

INOVIO (INO) HAS FAILED FDA IN PHASE TWO. DID NOT EVEN MAKE IT TO PHASE THREE. What else would you expect from a penny stock* for 42 years, whose longtime leader, Avtar Dhillon, is currently facing the prospect of long term (in the context of his remaining life) incarceration on charges of stock fraud and obstruction of justice, brought forth by a Joint by a Joint US Task Force in August. (I have reviewed the charges and Mr. Everything at Inovio until 2019, Avtar Dhillon, is in deep trouble)
