I was tired of waiting and did a little research on CIRU last night. Gerald Parker is the Chairman of CIRU and holds a large piece of Royal Palm Capitol Equity specializing in leveraged buyouts and other control investments, both private and public.

Royal Palm invested in CIRU. Anyone have any prior dealings with Parker or Royal Palm? I wonder how involved Parker is on this merger. He started a credit reporting agency and sold it to equifax in the 70's. He also founded a 25 billion dollar company called Inkomi.

If he is involved in this process I am feeling alot better about waiting for everything to be hammered out. Any thoughts?
