And again I say, whatever his motives, that has no bearing on what he reported.
It either is valid, or it is not.
For the Transport Authority, it's if there is a problem, or there is not.
IMO, IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE WHY HE REPORTED IT, UNLESS WHAT HE REPORTED IS NOT TRUE.
Wondering why he did it, is a waste of time. I just want to know if it is true or not.
