I don’t think the silence for the sake of a suitor really fits and Linda and Les as much as said so by stating they want the price on an upward trajectory. Preventing unwanted offers or significant stock purchases by predators who would be exposed trying to do so at a lowball price makes more sense to me. True longs given time to accumulate through multiple cycles has provided a solid base of support until the big reveal where intrinsic value becomes realized value even if a little kicking and screaming came along with it along the way.
