You have to have reasonably sufficient manufacturing expansion capacity if you are anticipated to become the next soc. Do you think they had that last year? What do you think bears would unleash against NWBO if they were not ready to manufacture (at least at Sawston for increased compassionate production) upon revealing TLD.

It goes like this for some companies.

Release good results but no revenues coming in.
Bears/wolves twist results and there are no revenues or regulatory backing of any kind yet to financially offset attacks.
PPS plummets, bears wolves find quacks to twist results more and shake confidence of medical peers and patients before therapy even released.
PPS plummets more and naked shares exponentially go for the kill shot.
It’s not pretty.

Better strategy.

Release results with massive peer review.
Already have new manufacturing up, running and producing revenue — even if it’s initially expanded compassionate.
Have closed system automation nearly up and running.
Have BLA submitted or at least rolling in.
Then if bears attack, approval and/or buyout could destroy them at any minute if they short and distort.
