Foxhound, if you read more clearly my comment it is not a prediction for release at SNO. I have little faith that there will be a presentation at SNO but hold out hope.

SNO means nothing to the short or long term success of DC-Vac. I continue predict that you will eventually get TLD and announcement that a publication is in the works.

I can’t tell whether you are agreeing or disagreeing with this statement, but I am curious just how many drugs and how many successful drugs you have launched? What experience do you have to be able to make that statement? I am on my ninth or tenth launch and it is quite literally what I do for a living. Five or six depending on how you look at it have been blockbusters and I expect that to become six or seven when the current situation shakes out. I think this makes me somewhat of an authority on this message board, and I can state with much experience that presentation at congress is a critical step in a successful launch.

Despite popular belief, even great drugs don’t sell themselves. Companies that have tried to shortchange the proven process have not found success. COVID is proving yet again just how important live face-to-face interaction is to the success of launch.

Congress is critical. It can be ASCO or ESMO, but they have come and gone for 2021. Publication without presentation is a MISTAKE that cannot be reversed, and one that will delay uptake. A new paradigm shift in medical management takes time and human effort, but perhaps they don’t plan to execute a launch and will leave those challenges up to more qualified individuals.
