If any have actually interacted with Gary, it is easy to mistake his creative, jump from topic to topic on a dime, almost idiot savant nature for stupidity or some other mental or addictive issue. This is far far from truth. Grieco is not a public speaker nor able to carry on conversation without meandering (especially if excited) but he is a creative mind and very inventive mind. Those that can see past his shortcomings are figuring this out and no one knows it better than the CEO himself. Thus the new front line management formation beginning to manifest. imo
