Just spoke with Investor Relations for an hour. Here are some takeaways:

Oil and Gas success will spread fast mainly amongst the smaller producers. Not a lot of marketing will be required as they tend to share info with each other. The major producers tend to keep innovations in-house, until it eventually leaks out.

EOR success will be greatly affected by the solution and this development should spread rapidly.

Art Abraham: Very capable, X CEO. 67 years old and previously retired working on a golf course. Couldn't stand the boredom. He says "I have at least five more years to work." Also in the process of creating an HR package with rewards PCTL employees with big perks for their contributions. Previously, there was basically nothing. Soon, everyone working there will have skin in the game. They also know it's coming soon- they are excited. This will mean more collective brain power and performance. At the end of the day, people work for money.

Cash burn: Art feels very good for the next 12 months, based on today's numbers.

Crystal technology: Most hospitals will still use the liquid solution. Why? The ability of a human to screw up the formula. Example: Wrong type of water, wrong mixture %, etc... However, this has a HUGE potential sitting on retail shelves for purchase.

The company is fully aware of it's shortcomings and are not in any type of pushback mode when it comes to all types of proactive changes. Basically, PCTL is going to Mom-N-Pop to international. It's happening.

Most inside PCTL think the stock has bottomed and a lot of people are watching this stock waiting to jump in.

11/1 podcast: I didn't get a chance to ask, but it should be interesting. I also think the days of the drunk sounding CEO are over.

Sales strategies are being created as you read this to market all products along with digital presentations to aid in the process.

Overall, this company is now in very professional hands.

That is all for now, thanks.
