I'm not sure why anyone doubt Big Pharma could at least double sales in US in short oder. Pfizer would also have generics sweating their liability.
In two days Pfizer would have Amazon Pharmacy update their mislabeled description of Vascepa use or their site. Amarin told me six months ago they were working with Amazon Pharmacy to update their use description.

So much upside with Pfizer taking over.
