Because NWBO management have been very clearly saying that their course of action is TLD/Publication. They have NEVER mentioned releasing TLD in connection with a presentation. That is my reason for thinking there's an almost non-existing chance for an NWBO LBA at SNO.

On a side note, I once told SecureInvest that I have the perfect drinking game. Every time Gary mentions a conference by their initials in a post, you do a shot. I have the utmost respect for Gary and his views, but he has been extremely focused on various conventions since I started here on Ihub.
