Sadly, kind of what I expected. A regurgitation of what we already know. Another "next year". It wasn't horrible, but there is no sense of urgency. So, as of right now, it's KM's strategy and if he executes, there will be a slow climb. If he doesn't...
Unless there is something to PI2 or a BO, this is dead money until January at best. Nothing about the pipeline other than what we have heard for years...they are looking at addressing the issue. Sad to believe this much time has passed without addressing it or selling the company, but here we are. That's probably the only thing that let's me believe one could happen, but that's still a long shot at this point.
KM did say they expect a ruling on the infringement case in a few weeks. That would be a positive and can change sentiment. Right now this is a hold. No reason to add and every reason to move some into something with a catalyst...at least short term.
