Once again, I think Mark has it correct. Not trying to absolve him of any blame. Just saying I think he is right on this process.

I really do not think an expert market stock could become a quoted pink current info stock without a 211 before 9/28. And I don't think merely filing the current info disclosure would have saved us from the brokerages limiting trading on the expert market.

Because OTC failed to establish its own alternative to the 211 process, Mark has to go through that process if we are to be quoted.
