He is the CEO of this shell and has a pretty good idea of what he plans on doing with it. If he felt that the ticker symbol had any value, why would he be liquidating his position still rapidly? Look at the chart of this stock. It was absolutely and amazingly perfect from a technical standpoint and he ruined that by single-handedly dumping hundreds of millions of shares
