IMHO me suspects there was some sort of pending news leaked in the mid afternoon ET zone, although I haven’t seen if the trading volume started increasing around the same time. My expectation would be that the volume did increase as the stock price increased.

Could this action be related to the LL news that was released at 4:05pm ET? Maybe, but maybe not.

I guess Occams Razor devotees would draw that conclusion and it may be so. There may also be other pending news or rumor (yes I know, not much value, like saying it could rain or not)

I see the bid/ask is at $1.20/$1.24 indicating a bias to the upside.

Whatever the reason for the late session sp action I’ll gladly take it and more!
