Everyone is overlooking something.

These shares are free trading. Not just that, but another 9M shares were unrestricted at some point.

With this latest issuance, that brings the total of newly issued free trading shares to 20M.

Also, the sp of those 11M shares is $.0136363. Nice discount.

The DTC count is currently 175,039,743, btw.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
