I work in the Commercial / Industrial / Institutional Building Sector, Crypto. It has been my livelihood for the past 46 years. For the past 31 years I have owned my own business as a concrete contractor in the same sector. As such, I have experienced, first hand, the supply issues you cite. Generally, it is the structural steel components which have been the most hard to come by. Other steel components (reinforcing steel and lumber) while expensive, have still been generally available.

The supply chain issues will get resolved eventually.

Regardless, the company needs to update the investing public about anticipated scheduling. If the contractor can't provide that, they have the wrong contractor.

FWIW, the structural steel isn't required on day one of construction. Generally there are a couple of months of construction required before the structural components are required.

Facility B is crucial in the growth story which is NGW. We need to do whatever we need to do to get it moving forward.
