Well the article you linked appears to be the pump (it was posted almost two months ago) and the price and action over the last week or so appear to be the dump.

Hey I am REALLY long here so I hope I am wrong but do you think this looks good?

I mean he allegedly announced the jpex merger with no filings and that's at .03.?

Does that look good?

IS that the type of merger candidate we will see? If so, risk reward just shrunk like a frightened turtle. (I am looking for HMBL type mergers/returns.)

Looks like a classic P&D to me.
