$RGBP Great news! The Outstanding Shares has updated on OTC Markets and has only increased by 25,748,147 common shares over the last month, so share conversions have slowed down dramatically and dilution has possibly now stopped altogether since the 8-K was released 10 days ago saying some convertible notes have been paid off in a cash settlement agreement.
