As a matter of fact, they have. The Chairman of the Awards Committee for the Asia Pacific Region (Region 10) of the IEEE has explicitly stated that Downs and Yassar of IDWD perpetrated a fraud on the IEEE by creating that fake award and fake picture of the fake awards banquet and stating it all came from that respectable organization.


Now if Downs and that little Pakistani CTO of IDWD (and current CEO of WSA) would lie about something so benign as a Technorlorgy Awrad, how far would they go to scam investors when it came to serious money?

You know, many analysts say that Pakistan is the epicenter of world terrorism. They don't seem to care how they go about getting what they want as long as they get it. Now I'm not saying Yassar is a terrorist, but the culture he comes from is obviously a little different than ours is.

Faking awards could be a sure sign as to the morality of these con men.

And how about that picture he faked? Do you think he was trying to appear to be GQ with his Frankenstein look?
