Just spoke to Ron
He mentioned because they change to another law firm that's the reason
That the opinion letter was delayed they will file now.
They told him can still take up to 5 to 7 days before the OTC have reviewed it and that they will back to current .
They should have changed the lawyer after this letter was filled
