I believe there will be a joint press release once the merger agreement is executed. I believe there would be a due diligence period in the agreement even though it appears there has been a lot of due diligence completed already. Remember the previous tweet regarding the Salton Sea meeting…. Mr. Morgan was going to renegotiate so there had already been either an agreement or close to an agreement, hard to tell with that post.
