However. Consider the state of things...

I am not sure how firmly the SEC can stand on a lot of their rules

Point being Rules pointed to non reporting being push to full blown CE... That did happen for some.

I have to ask why? Unfinished business from 2008-2010 ?

Or are they trying to divert a Total Market Collapse ?
