As of the Attorney letter posted on 10/12/21, this is a shell, also from the financials, there is no revenue/profit/business operations or significant assets as of 09/30/21 (From 3rd QTR Financials)!

Now that is defined, I am hopeful they can bring something into the shell and it will be a functioning company with revenue/profit and a much higher stock price!
