I admire your efforts but with all due respect you picked a silly issue to go to war over. It is of no consequence to anybody and I don’t understand why you care. It is fine for employees to be paid and to be paid a lot. You are literally battling over pennies. Bob is right, if you fight it you will lose and I would argue you don’t even have standing.

The real issue is the dilution and extra 3 mil shares but even on that Bob is golden because it was done at a premium to the trailing stock price. It does bolster the balance sheet and opens doors. Furthermore the way the stock has risen since the dilution also says Bob made a savvy move by taking advantage of the market.

If you want to go to war over something, find out who shorted 2+ million shares a day or two before the direct offering. I guess we all know sho did it, the war would be to prove it. This is all just a guess by me.
