4000%+ move - 2018, 1000%+ move - 2019.

I agree he is holding news (which can easily be done by having material agreements signed but not yet dated) but think the PR's will be used after good Q3 financials to jam the short sellers!

The float is super tight so it could gap up parabolically like it did in 2018 and 2019!
