Just saw you question. No one knows the full answer to that question. We do know the recent purchases by Henry, and by or for his wife, are restricted shares. They were given in exchange for reducing debts owed, and should be restricted for from 6 to 12 months.

As to shares held by contractual commitments for buy-back by third parties, no one has a handle on this. Speculations run to as many as 20 billion or more, but there may be zero. We just don't know for sure, until Henry tells us. We don't know if the BB will be announce in pieces, or as a one time total. All we can do is wait to see how this important piece of the puzzle finally materializes. Sorry I have no more than these thoughts to offer.
