you'll be fine, just annoying stuff now. I went to a few stores past Saturday, all fine until 9 pm, when left nostril was pinching up, tried to blow it out, I should have sprayed hydrogen peroxide in there. Anyway I got the chills next day and all the other mild stuff you describe except I can taste and smell, but loaded with brain fog lol, lasted 1 day, now I simply get tired a little quicker end of day, so I know it's still lingering in me.
