I'm deciding to average up tomorrow. I think FOMO is starting to kick in for me with these government contracts. If they do go through I dont want to regret not buying more at this level.

Had a very positive phone call concerning one of our government initiatives Friday. The submission was presented to five base commanders. All reactions were favorable and all were eager for the project. Furthermore, they are flush with cash and not enough projects. We can’t wait!
