His heart was in the right place but he was not experienced in public markets as he thought he was. Might have been acerbated by the sunshine that AGP was blowing up his ass 24/7.



Then maybe he’s the wrong guy to be head honcho. And as far as experience running a public company, what are the board of directors doing? They’re there to rely on for their public market experience and to give advice, besides other things…
