There are really only two things that will drive the PPS of this stock to levels unseen before:

1.) Complete trials of a proposed product and have it approved/recognized by a universally recognized agency (FDA).

and

2.) Bring approved product to market through necessary channels and proper marketing campaigns.


Item 1 will move the PPS pretty well, but item 2 will move it further.

No amount of audited financials, 8/10-K reporting, uplisting, and any other administrative filing will move the PPS to where everybody is expecting it to go. Would these filings be nice and bring stability to the stock while moving it up a few points? Absolutely, but profits can't be created from filings alone.
