Actually I am surprised at the volume today (pleasantly).
I stated a few days ago OTC markets Placed a "warning- limited information" on RHCO which caused some firms to not allow purchases of the stock.

I sent emails to management to take care of this issue.
Here is the jest of the message I got from my brokerage firm.

We would like to remind you that new amendments adopted by the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) have gone into effect as of September 28, 2021. These amendments restrict the ability of market makers to publish quotations for those companies that have not made required current financial and company information available to regulators and investors.

They go on to say I can Liquidate "only", or Transfer my positions to another financial institution.

Not sure what firms in the US will let you buy today.
