Questions to the board about this press release:

1) If the value of the purchase of controlling interest is "approximately $2.00 per share", why aren't the shares of ACMG shooting up to roughly $2/share?

2) Why would USSE pay a huge premium of roughly $1.90/share (2400%) to buy ACMG instead of paying a more realistic amount of, say, $0.16/share (100%)?

If you think this deal is going through, why wouldn't you buy all the ACMG for a quick 2000%+ profit?

Maybe I'm not reading it correctly.
Can someone shed some light on this for me?
