In my opinion, given the non-stop drip from certain segments… for months and weeks pleading for NWBO to go down, making all manner of suggestions for why normal things (like appropriate quiet periods) are signs of horrible things, there has been a non-stop effort of certain interests to get the price for entry down ar a price point that at which they feel comfortable buying more shares. There is a concerted effort to manufacture capitulation. We will see what happens after the price hits the constantly posted target, if it does. But the non-stop drip is obvious. I predict the same segments then miraculously change tunes.
