Agreed, you don't just whip out an 'quality' instruction video a day or two before some one needs the instructions.

Also, as I have stated here (my opinion only) I had the exact same impression as the "boxed and ready" tweet. Too many things seemed unaligned at the time and other tweets were circumstantial evidence to the contrary.

Your speculation is similar contradictory circumstantial evidence that the internal event dependencies do NOT align with the external schedule expectations.
