Could be. Right from the get-go, he set the stage for mysteriousness, i.e. hiding the RS from shareholders. Folks want to put all the blame on Sharp as if Foote had nothing to do with that. Also, Foote urging shareholders to load up merchants with the app, whether the merchants wanted it or not, speaks to his character. >>

Problem is even the numbers he is quoting in his tweet still has a ton of stock hitting the market relative to the historical volume.

And the hilarity is all those replies to his tweet thanking him for taking care of shareholders. Gotta love the OTC.
