Bingo. If Advent is sold, who profits?

Answer: Toucan (Not NWBO Shareholders)

In a buyout scenario this would be way more attractive to someone like Merck than having to rely on CRL for a long time with no manufacturing expertise in-house. LP can package both (NWBO and Advent) in a deal which would create value for all 3 parties
